FOR
Carefree Town Council 2024
When I moved to Arizona, I chose Carefree because of its unique character, the special Sonoran Desert, and the friendly people. I want to preserve this special place and keep it the small town we know and love.
Qualifications: Real Estate Industry as Broker Associate / Licensee for 40+ years, Several years in Executive Leadership as Senior Vice-President of Coldwell Banker for 4400+ agents. New Construction / Remodeling experience for over 25 years. Executive Leadership Position for Cornerstone Title. I have a well rounded background that would be beneficial to working on the Town Council.
Preserve Carefree’s small town, desert community charm and unique character.
Make sure the Town Council is fiscally responsible and transparent.
Develop architectural standards for future improvement and new development in the Town Center creating a more cohesive and unique southwest desert community look and feel.
Make sure our business community is vibrant and growing.
